Ingredients of Palak paneer
- You need of onions coursely grind.
- Prepare of ginger garlic green chillie paste.
- It’s of tomatoes ,coursely grind.
- You need of whole black paper.
- Prepare of small piece of starni(Full chakri).
- Prepare of cloves.
- You need of small piece cinnamon.
- It’s of cumin seeds.
- You need of bay leaf.
- It’s of Salt.
- Prepare of turmeric powder.
- It’s of red chilli powder.
- You need of garam masala.
- You need of blanch & corrsely grind spinach.
- It’s of paneer cubes.
- Prepare of oil.
Palak paneer step by step
- First, coarsely grind cinnamon leaving black paper & starni now take a pan add oil heat the oil then add Cummin seeds bay leaf and onoion & saute for 2-3 minutes..
- After that add ginger galric green chillie paste and cook until onion turns out golden after that add spices corrasly grind masala turmeric powder chilli powder garam masala salt and corrasly grind tomatoes and cook until gravy released the oil then add corrasly grind spinach and cook another 5 minutes then add 1/2 cup water and cook for 4-5 minutes..
- After that add panner qubes and cook another7-8 minutes palak panner is ready serve with jeera rice or chapati..
