Ingredients of Chicken stir fry
- Prepare of boneless and skinless chicken thighs(cubed).
- It’s of ml coconut oil.
- Prepare of vegetable broth cube in 1 cup warm water.
- You need of tablespoon ginger powder.
- Prepare of tablespoons chilli flakes.
- It’s of ml honey.
- You need of red onion.
- It’s of sweet pepper (cut into desired size stirps).
- Prepare of scallions diced.
- It’s of cloves garlic (diced).

Chicken stir fry instructions
- Prep veggies and chicken.
- Add half the amount of coconut oil to hot whok and add chicken cubes(untill browned) , remove and place in bowl.
- Add remaining coconut oil and fry up veggies for 1 min then remove from heat in seperate bowl.
- Add chicken back to the whok and add vegetable broth.
- Add all dry engredients, mint and let cook untill chicken is cooked ,then add veggies back to the whok and cook for 1 min..
- Serve with rice noodles.
