Mexican sizzler step by step
- For rice take a pan add 2 tsp oil now add soaked rice without water saute till nughty flavour comes now add tomato puree, corn,rajma,and capsicum add salt,black pepper,oregano and peprika add 1 cup of water cook for 10 mins.
- For tikki take one bowl add rajma,and boiled potato now add bread crumbs and salt,cheese,and black pepper mix well and shape tikki and shallow fry tikki with oil.
- For salad take a pan add butter and corn and capsicum add salt and pepper saute 3 mins.
- For creamy salsa take one pan add butter and tomato puree add salt,chilli flakes,oregano,black pepper, mix well then add cream and cheese cook for some time and turn off the flame.
- Now for assembling I have not sizzler plate so I take nonstick tawa on stove when tava got hot I spread cabbage leaves and put all iteam on it and last for smoky effect I put some butter on tava and serve hot.
