  1. Wash and prepare the fruits as seen in the picture..
  2. Take room temperature chocolate…break the it into small pieces or chop it for faster melting. Boil water in a pot in which the base of the bowl fits well.(The boiling water should not touch the base of the bowl.) In a few minutesS time the Chocolate will melt. Stir it with a spatula for an even melting..
  3. Once everything melts…pour the chocolate in fondue jar (or in a glass as suggested above) light a tea candle below and serve with the prepared fruits with a small skewers or the fondue fork.
